Because Dao-Yin energizes and conducts your energy through certain specific channels or meridians in the body, it can also break up and dissapate emotional porblems. It is especially effective for people who sit too much or for those who have their energy concentrated in their heads. • Bylle has over 20 years of experience teaching and practicing various forms of yoga. She is a 200-hr. RYT with Yoga Alliance and is currently working towards her 500-hr. status. She began her journey with Bryan Kest’s Power Yoga and was introduced to B.K.S. Iyengar’s Light on Yoga by one of her first teachers, Ian Lopatin (creator of Spiritual Gangster®). The combination of those things changed the way she had always thought about traditional forms of exercise and gave her limitless possibilities. Bylle has been a long-time student of the historical YogaWorks® studio on Larchmont and did her first teacher training with Jeanne Heileman. She teaches Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Restorative, Guided Meditations, and workshops on Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras. Bylle’s reason for teaching is connection and believes that happens through self-empowerment, a beautiful by-product of yoga. She believes this power can be a valuable tool that ultimately leads to gratitude and connection with others, which then inspires us to care for our communities. Bylle’s classes are challenging both physically and mentally, but also restorative and filled with positive vibes.
